I can't think of anything else except, wait, I was kind of abusing Tazo herbal teas, maybe this is what did it for me. Maybe they are toxic when you have 5-7 cups a day, and caused enlarged liver.

I did some reading and a lot of it implies that eating too much fruit is actually bad since it is too much fructose for the liver to take on, and it makes it into the fat cells. Why on Earth then we are told to eat tons of fruit, if fructose is bad? I took to eating grapes by pound during pandemic, but I thought since they were red/organic, they were good for me. And now fatty liver and there is no cure. If enzymes don,t go down, that means inflammation, then fibrosis, then chirrosis.
