No, because for professional jobs, you don't get a visa to go to the country and walk the streets banging on doors for interviews. You should already have a job in hand and then get the visa.

The graduates of those schools aren’t banging on doors. It’s obvious that they are already in great demand, hence the automatic visa status. Why else would the UK do this? It’s much easier to get the job while you’re living locally and not abroad.

All are 4 year R1 Research Universities.
One slight difference is that West VA is significantly less selective compared to UVA, Northwestern, and Northeastern.
