And I bet no one in HR or senior management noticed. That a-hole probably got good marks on their performance eval too.

Last two jobs I quit were because of bad bosses.

So this. Businesses school do not spend enough time on this phenomenon, probably because this is considered a "soft" area of research.

Too many folks chafe under the yoke of a bad boss, yet repeat many of the same traits once they move into the seat.
