Both stores are $14.99 now? I thought around 2020 they were 8.99 range. Did several orders from each store back in the day.

I sometimes run into Giant on my way to pick up my kids because it is so close to their after care, and I get really annoyed if I have to grab even a bunch of bananas or a container of blueberries. I don’t discount the other posters’ experience, but it’s just so different from our Wegmans, which is several classes above the produce anywhere else in Crofton. (Though Aldi is my second favorite in the area.)

I ran into a Food Lion for convenience (nothing against FL, I just don't live near one) on the way home from DC's practice and the produce I picked up lasted far longer (and cost far less) than the Wegmans produce.
I had the same experience with their produce. The bagels also got moldy very quickly.

I have to agree with PPs about the produce: I was disappointed. For the overall quality of the store, I was surprised that the produce did not stay fresh and/or didn't even look good in the store. Because I had that experience a few times I don't even look at their produce now. It could have been isolated cases for me and would be better if I tried again, but I'm too leery of wasting money.
I've also had that experience with some Trader Joe's produce items, but not all, so I'm particular about which produce I'll purchase there.

So you’re not…allowed?
