Both posters are idiots without any understand of what it means to actually fight an army. You would not win against the local police force. There are roughly 32 million gun owners in the US. The military is about 1.5 million members. Since we aren't going to use drones to track down 32 million people, it would be a door-to-door search and a war of attrition. Who is going to win that war? If you need a modern example, see Afghanistan.
