Financial stability plays a major factor in marriage barring any psychological or mental issues. So I’d say if you have that plus cognitive maturity (brain frontal lobe full maturity), I’d say go for it. Science says frontal lobe development occurs mid twenties.

It’s so individual. Personally, I am happy that I waited until I was older (mid 30s). We were both really established. No stress about finances or assets. I had dated so much and I wasn’t “missing” anything that people who got married younger have expressed to me (need to sow the wild oats, etc).

There are pluses and minuses either way.

28 to 30. You e had the to go to school or get some training and start a career. You have hopefully lived on your own outside of your parents house and mommy and daddy doing everything for you.

You have some idea of how to manage finances s household etc.

You likely have some dating/ relationship experience so you know what you can and cannot tolerate in a mate.

You also likely have a core value system that you can see if a potential mate is compatible with.

Young enough so you don't feel pressured to have kids right away. You likely can wait 2 years if you want, but not too young that you're likely to regret it.

28 for women, 34 for men. Then you get a couple of years of child-free marriage, and have 2-3 kids between ages 30-37.

I met my DH when I was 25 and we got married when I was 29. We probably could have gotten married a year or 2 earlier, but I'm glad we waited a bit. We just had fun. Which now I'm so glad we did because we have little kids and spend most nights on our couch not really having fun

You don’t have to have kids right away, wait as much as you need.

If you get married at 30, you don’t have much time to waste if you want kids.

+1 better to get married younger and wait a few years before kids. If you did end up divorcing it’s not a big deal because you’re still in your 20s and don’t have kids, it’s hardly worse than a regular serious relationship breakup. I think 25-27 is the ideal age for both men and women but younger can also work if they’ve been together awhile and are decently stable.
