Planning a trip now for Spring Break 2023… thank you for the hotel recommendations.

InterContinental SF is great. The hotels on 3rd street are all solid too.

Omg- you are very funny!

you do realize it was abbreviated to be able to fit in a rather long subject line. I don't think anybody would actually say it that way when talking!

Unfortunately lots of people do. I cringe every time I hear it.

Save your cringes. Who cares. Really. Just let people be. The world has bigger problems.

The world has lots of problems but I'm still allowed to cringe at minor infractions of regional norms. It'll help you when explaining to the police officer why you left all your stuff in your rental car parked downtown.

You can't do that in Chevy Chase either -- per MoCo cops. Seriously, people, do you live in Mayberry?

It’s a gorgeous historic hotel—rooms are small but was otherwise very cool and a good location walkable to China town. It’s a loong walk to the wharf but doable if your kids don’t mind. (My teens walked there but insisted on a Uber back with their dad while I walked back and stopped for pastries on the way.)

I love that hotel.

I grew up in the Bay Area and whenever friends came to town who weren't staying at our house, my parents would recommend the Drake. It's truly a San Francisco classic and a great location.

We just stayed at the Hyatt centric for a couple days (Fisherman’s Warf). We had a great time. If you like modern Korean, highly recommend Surisan.
