Most women will settle for a man who has on clean clothes and smells nice.

They want a young, hot, educated, employed yet flexible enough to be SAHM woman who can take care of husbands, kids, home, social life and in-laws and still have energy to have twice daily sex.
Ha. Not a single one of the men I dated before I got married could so much as keep up with my desire for daily sex. Typical male sex drive is nowhere near this high in reality.

You’re looking for a unicorn. Good luck with that.

For men who want a certain kind of household they will need a wife from a similar background, probably an elite school, likely from a wealthy family. That is not the majority of men, though.

The question is what do men want, not what does a prince of Monaco want when me marries Grace Kelly.

If you are wealthy, you may not care about income or job or social class but education? Seriously?

Spoken like someone who married a SAHM without any of the above.
This is a dumb question. What man will admit to wanting what he can’t get?
All the 50-something divorced men on DCUM who say they want a woman 20 or 30 years younger would be one example.
