In short...your body changes or what isn't anyone business. Certainly not unwanted elicit comments. A compliment from a close friend or spouse is another thing entirely.

For one it sounds like a teenage regressed boy. Also, don't ever address someone you don't know with unwanted comments. It's creepy, and inappropriate.

Remember that when addressing your co-workers as well. It's surprising how many men don't know how to act around women. Not to mention why would I care if some rando finds me attractive or not. My self esteem isn't derived from any man finding me attractive.

Plenty of pregnant women want sex, just not with you. I’d be seriously creeped out if a random dude wanted to sleep with me while pregnant. I’m married, and STDs can kill a baby.

Attractive women who take care of themselves tend to be attractive (differently so) while pregnant. My DH loved the extra boobs.
