Unless you are my neighbor who goes out every weekend leaving her nearly half dozen kids with the nanny, including going out last Friday night leaving her 2 week old newborn. But hey, her 1 year old and other small kids don’t need a mom when you’ve got the hired help doing all the parenting.

In fairness I think that’s the only way to have five kids.

Not the OP, but thanks to this poster. I am about six months postpartum and I still harbor a lot of frustration and bad feelings my husband. I hate it. Having a kid has been exceptionally hard on our otherwise good marriage. I always find it so comforting to know this is not uncommon and very often gets better.
