You can eat Greek yogurt (very very low lactose) and most hard cheeses (also very low lactose)

^^ I make w almond milk, cinnamon, sliced banana, a tbsp of almond butter and a drizzle of honey. This is breakfast and lunch for me most day and keeps me full until 4. So yum, I eat it every day.

Sweet potatoes and little packs of saltines. I absolutely love a baked sweet potato with a slice of toasted sourdough and vegan butter for breakfast and it fills me up for hours.
