Coaches not strong? 2 former D1 lax players with strong NOVA roots? You could argue that the 3rd assistant from last year is everything that is wrong with lacrosse, but the 2 new assistants will make up for it.
Are the Cavs 30 and Cavs 31 teams much stronger than 29? Haven't seen those age groups compete nearly as often.
Was the VLC 29 team even around last year? Didn't see them in any tournaments.
