I guess the ones who think the school boards are incompetent and are doing it all wrong. I think it's really terrible that the VA legislature thinks (rightly so) that we need a LAW to ensure in person school - but that's the state of reality with these school boards - we need such a law not one, but two years in a row now. And I'm willing to call the Ds out on it. It's BAD that you're are mishandling education in a pandemic so badly that they need this law.

I don't see any local emergency. Where is it?
I think it just passed today. I think it said - masks rules have to have an opt out, but governor can still declare an emergency and say we need masks for all.
we better hope that an actual health emergency doesn't happen with Youngkin as Governor, because we know full well that he will NEVER do an emergency mandate. NEVER
The good news is - there are vaccines and boosters and high quality one way masks if you're concerned. If we can't unmask now - we never can. What would change in the future? Not the advent of vaccines.

It is the parents

I’m disappointed that my local delegate and state senator voted against masks optional. I don’t even know if I am D anymore. Does it not matter because we don’t have to register by party? It’s like an identity crisis.
I pro choice and anti gun. So I feel like I have no political home anymore.

I'm pretty sure the people who clinging to masks for everyone are the exact definition of lemmings here.
I know, sweetie. I know. That's why I'm preparing to sell you lots and lots of timeshares and some vitamins that will cure cancer AND your ED. I just hope you can afford them, what with your weekly donations to Trumpist shell companies and your child support.
This doesn't even make sense.
To you...

Even when they make sense
So she votes fascist
I think masks after two years for kids in school are a problem. I haven't yet voted fascist but you all are looney and I don't want to associate with your political party either. You are all too far the other direction. I was looking for normal people. I should have known I was looking in the wrong place. LOL.
