What does that even mean? The demographics of people at the Ritz are people that can afford to live at the Ritz. Nothing more nothing less.
I’m saying if you live at The Ritz your immediate neighbors are renters in several Bozzutto buildings and it’s a completely different demographic. And everyone is on top of each other. Not to mention the construction is non stop and the area is now so congested with delivery drivers double parked everywhere outside the Amazon Fresh. I would never spend millions to live in that complex.
If anything, the average demographics of Chevy Chase are too poor to live in such a place because they bought their Chevy chase house 40 years ago for 3 blueberries
