I'm such a plebian. I've never even heard of half of these cheeses you people are listing.

Just the standard cheddar, mozz, and American for us...and the parm cheese that comes in the green can (exiting stage left now...).

Well but wouldn't yu put it in the cheese drawer while you wait to make the recipe?

I have labneh in my fridge. It's for a specific recipe, but in the meantime it's in my fridge.
