It has always been this way. I was the weird little kid scraping the frosting off cake & cupcakes at the bday parties.
My aunt always made a fresh strawberry cake each year for my birthday, sans frosting.

An uncomfortable fullness even if I eat just 2 spoons of it. I think it's the grease and the type of chili. It feels like a certain type of fullness that doesn't feel good. I've eaten many things and full on buffet style food and I don't feel that type of fullness.
If I make similar chili at home, I don't have that feeling. I also don't use alot of oil.
I think I have a reaction to some type of chili peppers used. I get a similar feeling if eating certain type of spice on the meat that comes with the tacos. Maybe cayenne peppers or something related to it.

+1 every single time. I can’t figure out what it is - have tried various iterations and sick every time unless it’s a plain cheese quesadilla, so it’s not the grease
End up with the big D about 30 minutes after I eat them.

After I read Fast Food Nation I stopped eating fast food. Then about four or five months later, I went with a friend to a fast food place, but got violently ill. Haven't had it again in over 15 years.
High sodium gives me a terrible headache. I tried chugging water while eating high sodium foods, but that doesn't help. I just can't eat ramen, or a big bag of chips or anything very salty.
I have this in my family, we call it [Irish last name] stomach.
