I heard you're an anonymous troll who enjoys making up stories.
There are dozens of people in the DMV who would know first hand Gorsuch from GP, and hundreds who would know his GP reputation. And GP certainly had a suburban spoiled brat reputation back then. [And, yes, I know that. Fortunately it has changed.] Whether above poster is merely a troll is a separate question.
I grew up here. My brother's years at GP overlapped with Gorsuch's. He has never heard anything negative at all about Gorsuch - only how intelligent he was/is. Feel free to believe the negative assessment of someone who clearly is a Gorsuch-hater. I'm sure they're absolutely credible.![]()

She said her sources at SCOTUS said....
"It is not accurate. There has been no blanket admonition or request from Chief Justice Roberts that the other Justices begin wearing masks to arguments. The source further stated Justice Sotomayor did not make any such request to Justice Gorsuch. Given that fact, there was also no refusal by Justice Gorsuch."
I don't expect the nay-sayers here to believe this.
Given how this rumor has spread (compliments of an uninformed NPR reporter), I would also anticipate an official statement about this story would soon come from SCOTUS.

Why should he wear a mask when it isn't mandatory and one of his colleagues didn't take care of herself? Meanwhile I spent Sunday evening in the warmth of my childhood home with my parents without masks.

Anonymous wrote:The medical community is now recognizing a third type of diabetes, a hybrid between Type 1 and Type 2. My brother was diagnosed in his mid thirties. He was thin and worked out regularly and his blood sugar was crazy high. He basically stopped eating and still couldn’t control his blood sugar and had to go on insulin.

Lawyers have to be masked up during arguments.
Gorsuch is just a raging asshole.

Nina Totenberg has covered the court for decades. So believe her, or an unnamed source at Fox News? Also, if every other Justice was masked, maybe that would be a clue for Gorsuch.
Perhaps that is the problem. Some things don't improve with age.
This report just don't make sense.
First of all, it is not like Gorsuch. He is not the petty or theatrical type.
Secondly, do all the attorneys who argue in front of the court wear masks? I don't think so.... they don't sound masked in their arguments. If Sotomayor is fearful of appearing in person, it probably has more to do with "strangers" present in the court, not her colleagues.
