Yes, I have 3 year old twins and they will eat this. There might be one component they want less of (probably the side salad is ambitious) but the rest is fine. For sushi we do non-raw options too so they'll have some seaweed salad, shrimp shumai, and chicken yakitori as options.

Yum!! Can you please link the recipes for the stir fry, potato leek soup, and chicken shawarma rice bowls? Thanks!
Sure! I don’t really use a recipe for the stir fry, but it’s similar to this: https://damndelicious.net/2015/01/16/easy-shrimp-broccoli-stir-fry/
Potato leek soup: https://www.onceuponachef.com/recipes/potato-leek-soup.html
NYT chicken shawarma recipe: https://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/oven-roasted-chicken-shawarma-nytimes-25412
^ I only do half the recipe for the 2 of us, but with double the onions, and serve it over jasmine rice.

OK, this sounds amazing.
I’m the PP that brought this up. I’m pretty sure my kid and most kids I know wouldn’t like a Swiss chard tart, leeks or asparagus. But she does eat broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini , sweet potato, which is why I wouldn’t consider her picky.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:do your kids eat this? It’s just ideas for dinner…you can determine for yourself if your kids will eat it or not.
