OP here. No. The thing is we always ate very healthy and a mostly plant focused diet. I don’t really cut anything out but we mainly ate lean protein, veggies, fruits, complex carbs, and healthy fats.
A typical day of eating. I’m 6’1”, 190lbs.
Breakfast: 3 pastured raised eggs fried or scrambled in 1-2tbsp Kerrygold butter, two pieces whole grain toast, and a side of fruit or a veggie egg scramble with a side of fruit, or oatmeal with fruit and nuts.
Snack: Yogurt with granola, hard boiled eggs, nuts, protein shake, smoothie, etc.
Lunch: Leftover or a large salad with tons of vegetables, protein from meat or beans, and avocado. Sometimes a side sandwich or a side of crackers and hummus if I’m super hungry.
Snack: Same as other snacks. I try to mix things up throughout the day.
Dinner: Lean protein, vegetables, and a salad or carb.
We only order out maybe once a week and will make pancakes for breakfast over the weekend. I don’t eat much red meat and we don’t drink expect for the occasional glass of red wine or beer 1-2 times a month.

Yep. It was the “pastured raised eggs fried in Kerrygold butter” that did it for me.
No one wants this much detail about your diet, dude. You and your wife are a good fit.
You must be new to DCUM if you think people don’t want to know exactly what OP eats. Sounds like OP is eating a healthy diet. Pasture-raised eggs cooked in healthy fats like grassfed butter is fine. Check out Bobby Parrish (FlavCity) on Youtube.

Too much snacking. In general broad strokes, most vegans are healthy and most vegetarians are really fat. Pick your team.
