Yup. When an order is morally wrong you are obliged to ignore it.

You both need to go back to 8th grade civics. If an executive order could override laws, then everytime we have D president he could just simply write an EO banning assault rifles and requiring more extensive background checks. Why don't they do that? Because it wouldn't override existing LAWS.

Youngkin is also being sued by parents in Chesapeake.

He is going to lose both in court and the court of public opinion. On the latter, he already has lost. His first week has been a disaster for him.
