NP and this is the only reason I would reach out. I would not reach out to rehash the breakup several months later. You will look crazy.

I would also add that after 13 years together there had to be signs of issues you didn't pick up. I mean sure there's a slim chance this guy just ditched you but it's far more likely that there were underlying issues and you should do some introspection to identify those issues to see if they can be resolved or are fundamental incompatibilities.

Honestly, OP, just call the man. Get it out of your system so you can stop tormenting yourself. I’m PP who suggested you get out for walks and do things you love but it seems you won’t be able to move on without at least one more convo. Be brave enough to just put yourself out there one more time. If he rejects you, that’s on him. Focus on what you need for yourself.
