And with the Bible school references above, I assume they are evangelicals who believe that women are second class citizens who just have to do what their husband tells them. This is what happens when men are given unlimited power and no accountability.


Oh God, those conventions are AWFUL. I grew up in Houston and had to attend those and retreats with my Mother. Oh the things that went on. The men are predatory in those churches. I am now thankfully atheist and would never put my kids in harms way in church. I know that it can happen elsewhere but at least it won't be them.
