DH’S sits in a drawer 365 days a year right next my my Cartier Tank Francios. If your DH will wear it, go for it.

I received one for my wedding gift in 1991, a submariner. I wore it for about a year and then my company issued me a “skypaager” which I had to carry 7x24. Fast forward 30 years to two way pagers, blackberry, and now the smartphone which my company requires me to still wear 7x24. I would still wear my Rolex otherwise. The Rolex sits in the deposit box likely worth about $20k today - never had it serviced or appraised.

I was thinking about getting an Omega. From a fashion standpoint, who gets a Rolex vs an Omega? Does one keep time better?
