Why is your selection of produce inconsistent and often of poorer quality than the competition? Honestly, this is the biggest reason why I don't shop at TJ more often.

Even though I wore one before the mandate reinstated, I urge you to have compassion. You may not realize it, but working TJ is VERY physical. Unless you’ve bagged gallons of milk for 2 hours straight, try not to judge the maskless. It’s hard being so active for hours with a mask. I burn 700-900 active calories during an 8 hour shift, and I weigh like 125lbs.

When I was 14 I worked as a cashier at a supermarket in NY, and learned to bag groceries. Trader Joe's employees totally suck at packing bags. I let them do whatever they want, then I move away and fix it all so the eggs are NOT under jars of sauce, so the bag of romaine is not folded in half, so the container of berries is not on the bottom, etc.

Like lots of places, they (previously) allowed employees to not wear masks if they were fully vaccinated. But as of late December, ALL employees nationwide are now required to wear masks regardless of vaccination status. Unfortunately because TJs is a business, they don't want to mandate the same for customers, because they calculated that they want the business of maskless customers.

That would be too much personal identifying info. And TJs HR is known for firing employees that publicly say bad things about the company.

They discontinue things chiefly due to poor sales, and making room for new products that they think would sell better. Not in our control, sorry
