So happy your puppers were found safe.

Two times my goofy lab got away from me. After driving around for three hours I came home and he was sitting on the front porch.

A 75-pound dog was killed Wednesday night by what appears to be a coyote near the Boston Post Road in the south end of town Wednesday night, the owners of the dog say.

The owners of the dog asked that we post a reminder to people that even large animals in densely populated areas can fall prey to coyotes.

Coyotes are stone cold killers.

Not in our area, which has few coyotes relative to prey abundance. This balance might change over the years, but for now, a medium size dog only has to worry about cars.
