You're responding to me. I've lived centrally in several of the world's greatest cities. DC is the smallest, crappiest city I've ever lived in. You are actually the one who doesn't understand that cities don't have to suck and antisocial behavior doesn't need to be celebrated.

Alternatively, some homeless man was assaulted because they are an easy target that will not talk to police.

Except the assailants aren’t the type of people who typically assault homeless people. That’s more of a white-boy thing.
