I had the same thought process when saying that as a compliment to others. I attended a micro trigger class at work and the instructor (AA female) said this was one of hers. I asked her at break why as I didn’t think it was an insult. She explained why so now I understand how it can be. I do not sound articulate at all so I’d love someone to say that to me
