Actually, it’s closer to 25%. I have seen the 2017 list you are citing and it doesn’t make sense. There are 500k plus jobs in DC/MD/VA. There are about 2 million federal jobs. The 15% number is a huge undercount. Still, move the jobs and the actual agencies and thousands or hundreds of thousands others follow. Leave Congress, the WH and the mall. Spread everything else around. Fair for all.
Trump tried that and there was no one there to fill the jobs.
