I can’t get over all of the posting that she is her moms twin, etc.— not even close. She looks like her dad, close set beady eyes. Without CC as her mom she would not have gotten a second look. The attractive sibling is that family is the brother. He has the model cheekbones, defined features like his mom.

Heidi Klum daughter not model material by any stretch. Way too short.

What bugs me about Lourdes is that she seems to sincerely believe that she is interesting and awesome and utterly deserving of opportunities that fall her way entirely due to her famous mother. It would be one thing if she and kids like her were more self aware, but it's like they are convinced that not only they DESERVE it, capital D, but they also had some, like unique suffering due to their famous name. Like Steven Spielberg's adopted daughter who went into porn but calls it exploring her sexuality or whatever, and poor dad nods his head in support (while privately, most likely, he's thinking I should have loaded you up on chores like there's no tomorrow so you don't have time to think about nonsense.)

Modeling is not just about being "pretty", and the problem with most celebrity offspring is while they are plenty "pretty", they don't have the skills that make photos or fashion come alive. Kendall Jenner is a prime example of this - she is beautiful, tall, lithe... but her modeling photos are TERRIBLE. Dead behind the eyes, lazy posing, just blah. Think of the most famous models ever - Verushka, Iman, Linda, Naomi... These women were both gorgeous but also understood how to make an image POP. The current batch of celebrity offspring (with a very few exeptions) can't do more that take a pouty selfie for instagram.

The good part about all the obvious nepotism is that when there is someone truly new, they just shine. For instance, Anok Yai, who is astonishing to watch.

I also love people who start modeling because they are awesome elsewhere, like Amanda Gorman. I am not sure I could be a bigger fangirl of Tomi Adeyemi.

They just shine next to the boring nepotism models.

It’s the same concept like with the bachelor right. Why find a fresh face when someone who already has the attention and can generate buzz can be bachelor or bachelorette.

the most surprising one is eve jobs. I can see a daughter of a supermodel/reality star falling into nepotism modeling but not the daughter of Steve Jobs

yes, exactly. of all those kids only Kaia Gerber is good runway model but she is not as beautiful as her mother. whiterspdon's kids have deer in the headlights look and zero appear even though they are decently looking.

and I am not even sure the 'it' factors has been manufactured successfully. comments sections to news items and every single person that even mentions this point out that those children do not look like or have charisma of their parents. maybe some kids are fooled but no one over 30.

i would argue Kendall Jenner also has the "it girl" factor. and honestly Kaia Gerber is nowhere near as model worthy as her mom was
