Will get laughed out of court. And if the defense chooses to be cruel about it, she will get an earful of scalding comments. What's she going to do then - sue them for offending her?
Having said all that, I would not submit to newfangled treatments. Snake oil.

What lies? She was fat before the operation. Maybe these women should stop going to 'medi-spas' run by individuals who aren't licensed surgeons.

That’s not “permanently deformed”, that’s just what normal aging looks like!
If that qualifies as permanently deformed, I’m gonna need to sue nature!

She went from a pretty tight neck to a very old or loose looking one. Must be absolutely devastating when your entire career is based on your face and body. She is a supermodel.
But why couldn't she just have a neck/face lift? It's not like she's grown a goiter or something (little known side effect of cool sculpt??)
The article states that she went through 2 corrective procedures and the larger, hard, fatty cells kept returning.
She also stated she was not told about this possible side effect and it seems they were not upfront about it back then.

In 2013 she looks slim. In 2015 she looks fat.
Wasn't she pregnant in the second photo?
Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:What bothers me about it, is the way it's described: horribly deformed. She's not horrible deformed and it's insensitive to use those terms to describe what's happened to her.
It's horrible she suffered side effects, but she's by no means deformed.
+1 I guess looking average like the rest of us schmucks equals brutal disfigurement to her. LOL the truth is it looks like she aged and gained a fair amount of weight. That’s it.
