But she managed to obstruct a criminal investigation for 3 months.
It’ll be longer because he’s certain to appeal this to SCOTUS. I don’t think they’ll touch it but it will still take a bit longer.
The mandate dismissing Trump’s case before Judge Cannon issues this week unless he obtains a stay. Given how summarily scotus rejected his last appeal, I don’t see them granting a stay of this order.
So then what happens?
The mandate in this case is effectively an order to Judge Cannon that she must dismiss the case, which will terminate the special master proceeding.
