No way - that would be awful. There needs to be a private school lax thread. Public school lacrosse does not belong on the same discussions as private. its just a whole different level of competition and commitment. DC area HS lax doesnt begin to cut it and few people would bother.

For the girls: Summer Genesis and Nike G8 are two of the best in the mid-atlantic.

This thread is very long which means that nobody reads it from the beginning and loading all the pages and posts takes lots of server resources. I would rather you guys have your own forum and create lots of threads on various lacrosse topics. But, I know some of you are very change resistant and fairly determined that this thread should be here in the private school forum. So, if I created a separate lacrosse forum, how would you react? Would you use it?

Would definitely use it. There’s more to lacrosse than just the private school scene. I don’t know how active the forum would be but it would allow better organization of posts and topics.

But what about the poor poster who always post DELETE THIS?

But I worry about the poor person that always post DELETE THIS...I actually believe whoever that person is really LOVES having the Lax forum under private schools

A 300-page private school lacrosse forum means something’s working. You’d be a fool to move it. The lax posters know their audience; and it would be like canceling a hit show. Lax culture and private schools have a certain symbiotic relationship that is too delicious to move to the sidelines.

If you do, we'll run you out of town on a long pole. Kidding. It’s a fine idea. Proceed.

Have you ever read those other lacrosse forums? We have enough crazies on DCUM as it is. At least we're smart, witty and capable of snarky repartee. Those lacrosse forums elsewhere attracts all those mouth-breathing knuckle draggers from Baltimore, Jersey and LI. No thanks.
