Why you acting like this is good for the shooter? It means the fatal shot was last, on the side of her head, and least justifiable. Not to mention she was alive afterward and was refused treatment.

This part is now PROVEN false given that Ross's own video clearly shows her turning the steering wheel AWAY from him, along with the NY Times millisecond-level analysis of synchronized videos from multiple angles showing he was clear of the vehicle when he fired the first shot.

Your OPINIONS are irrelevant given what's now clearly established by video evidence as FACT. You can "disagree" all you like but you will still be wrong. Start getting it through your head that FACTS outweigh OPINIONS. Opinions that contradict fact are irrelevant and worthless outside of MAGA land.
