She had two apparent gunshot wounds on the right side of her chest, another on her left forearm and a possible fourth on the left side of her head.
So she wasn’t shot in the face as all the armchair experts here proclaimed.
Why you acting like this is good for the shooter? It means the fatal shot was last, on the side of her head, and least justifiable. Not to mention she was alive afterward and was refused treatment.
It’s horrible for the shooter and victim both. Just shows that we at home actually have no idea what is really happening and all the rushing to judgment and panicking is counterproductive. My opinion
We do know that he murdered her in the street. It’s right there on video from multiple angles.
Self defense when wife shouted “Drive, drive” while suv was pointed at agent.

A federal judge found that ICE had repeatedly retaliated against peaceful protesters in unconstitutional ways — and barred agents involved in Minnesota's "Operation Metro Surge" from using similar tactics and force.
“ BREAKING: Federal judge severely limits what ICE can do in Minnesota effective immediately. In a nutshell...no tackling, spraying, dragging, shooting, bombing, beating, or even interacting with anyone they don't have a warrant or reasonable suspicion for. Failure to adhere will be considered contempt. The judge especially stated no arresting people who are filming at a safe distance, no pulling people from cars who aren't interacting with ICE, and no menacing peaceful protesters either.”

Wut?
Idiotic take. ICE murdered her in cold blood, that’s plain as day. We at home know that, even if we don’t know the precise trajectories of the bullets that killed her.
Disagree

Are they still allowed to shoot peaceful demonstrators in the face from 5 feet away? Because that's what any normal person's first instinct is to do.

No, we still say she didn’t hit him.
