Even Ty Xanders has St Johns ahead of Gonzaga... have the Johnnies finally taken over the Eagles in the WCAC as the team to beat. Bullis has clearly climbed the mountain in the IAC so I don't see why it can't happen in the Catholic league.

Bullis picked up a great lefty attack, and GZ a great right and heard a good goalie, too. But agree with PP though on likelihood of '22 season impact.

When looking at the class as a whole, Prep and Gonzaga always have the best incoming ninth graders.

Perhaps Gonzaga has a strong 9th grade based on how large the school is these days (250+ incoming freshman nowadays)

GP has been irrelevant since Giblin left the program in 2014.. win an outright IAC championship before beating your chest. Nothing has changed with the Prep Dads reliving the glory days.

Landon 2025 class was already strong to begin with and added a few newcomers too.

STA also played in the 7x7 touch games. They weren’t ready for their first game against Prep so had to take a rain check for a few weeks later. Football was basically a joke this season for everyone due to covid restrictions.

All SJC games are scrimmages but Culver wore full unis. Getting them in while they can before MIAA gets going as its going conference play only. WCAC games start May 1 and going conference only. IAC is not happening this year. Landon and Prep are not playing. We'll see about Bullis and SSSAS.

IAC lax began on March 15 with the start of practice. The season runs from April 15-May 15th. IAC teams play each other twice in week (for covid reasons). All IAC schools are participating. Sounds like games will be filmed as no spectators allowed. Will any of this change as the CDC rules change, possibly, but for now this is what is planned.

STA had a modified football season this spring, really?

I have been told the IAC is having a regular season starting mid April. Each team will play each other twice to determine seedings for the IAC playoffs.

Landon and Prep don't seem to be as aggressive as Bullis or SJC with the early scrimmages, but they are expected to play a modified IAC season.
