Maybe one year up and maybe one or two phenomenal talents but two and three years off and you will lose the opportunity to bring in new players. This is not anti MU as it is more of please MU address this.
Agree. I have an 08 DD who went to tryouts. We live close to where MU practices. we were told she could play up 2 age groups. I was shocked. She would hate that. Some girls may like it because it means they are "so good" they are playing with girls 2 years older. Mine would not. And I am guessing the girls who are 2 years older do not want to play with little girls either. Part of girls soccer is loving the girls they are with. At least that is primarily why we stay where we are. It's not just about soccer but socially too

I am stressed around some of the parents on my kid’s team. The kids are stressed too. I wonder if Metro United would be happy to have my kid and my kid could be a kid again. Going out outside of DA/ECNl And playing CCL etc would not make sense because if your kids plays at a certain level already that would be strange to go back. Do any other parents feel the same way?

Anonymous wrote:My guess is these are parents that have kids that cannot play at this level. I understand the jealousy but it is still sad to see.

So 0-4 for Metro this weekend?
