BK - what a poor choice for the Supreme Court.
Kavanaugh false accusations. A poor choice for opponents of good jurisprudence.
PP you replied to. I'm sure the accusations confirmed by witnesses are true. I cannot give an opinion on Ms. Ford, although I do find her credible.
But from everything we know about BK, his professional writings, his financial situation, his morality and drinking - it all points to the fact that BK is not Supreme Court material. He could have happily stayed out of the limelight as a DC court judge (not universally respected, but at least not universally known and despised). He didn't. Now the chickens are coming home to roost, because we expect higher standards from our Supreme Court Justices.
This is really the crux of the matter: many men behave worse than BK. None of them are on the Supreme Court.

Anonymous wrote:Not sure why goopers are bringing up Ford’s friend like she was a witness. Ford named Mark Judge, right wing activist, Daily Caller writer and Bretty’s best friend in high school, as the witness to her assault.
The FBI never talked to Judge.
If she had been lying, why would she name him, of all people?

We have 2 radios on in our home programmed for NPR, as we almost always do. Waiting to hear their expected spin and rationalizations as they respond to Terry's thoughtful, soft-spoken questions.
Why do you need two radios to hear one episode of Fresh Air?
Shouldn't you be at work?
