I don't think RU is done for just because they got waxed at this thing by Bethesda. I bet if they played them again (which the teams that did play won"t), it will be a different result. The 05 RU team lost 0-4, even though there is some genuine talent on that team, including an 05 who got called up for the YNT.

Very interested to see how VDA 06, 04 and 03 do in the Maryland showcase in a few weeks. Didn't FCV play against Maryland United last weekend for friendly's? It will be interesting to see how they all measure up.

Vda 03 and 04 are terrible.

What qualifies the VDA 04 and 03 team to be terrible? Looking at the scores the 04's are fifth place beating out all the other DMV teams in the area and only losing by 1 against Richmond who is number 1 in that age group. The 03 team is on the bottom but I did hear that they are doing better.

They play in a weak division in a weak league.

That confirms what I saw. Not even VCU or Richmond bothered to show. It's fine as a weekend of friendlies, but let's not pretend this was a critical recruitment event. Unless your kid is playing D3. No shame in that, but that's not why players want on DA and ECNL teams.

GMU, gw, Maryland, jmu, odu, liberty, Richmond, vcu, navy were all there. Also some good d2’s and D3’s. Not every school registers online. There were ecnl, da, Npl, ncsl, ccl teams. Schools for every level. Why are you so mad about this?

Sounds like jealousy to me. Just mad their team was on the couch watching XFL.
