To rephrase, the HUGE bombshell is they're going to bankrupt the guy in lawyer fees who ran* Trump's campaign for a month.

It was just such a weird slip. Why would he even mention the Clinton administration? It ended almost 20 years ago! So three possibilities:
1. He knows they didn't win/fairly.
2. Republicans truly cannot govern and can only struggle uselessly against an adversary (even if it's only in their minds).
3. He's an idiot.


And all three are likely true. For certain he’s an idiot.
