This debate has raged on since the beginning of public schools and it will never end. At the end of the day, this is the problem: No one wants to go to school with the poors. The poors do not want to go to school with the poors. Every post here results from this fundamental truth. We all love diversity, provided there are no poors.

You aren’t entirely wrong. Childless boomers are making a lot of the decisions when it comes to schools. I however am an engaged member of gen x. These issues are complex. Take some time to get up to speed.
Well, you’re not that up to speed. You don’t even know that Nauck isn’t zone Kenmore- not in any scenario. Get the lay of the land, then come back.
