As we’re both members of nato, we are already more than welcome to add troops or equipment to Greenland. We’ve reduced our troops to 200 over the years. Equipment buildings and runways have sunken into disrepair, and we have just one icebreaker that is often in the shop for repairs.
Chinese warship hasn’t been spotted there for many, many years. Russia has no interest, they have other better wars of monitoring from the arctic. I could go on and on as to why trump is full of it.
We stand to lose so much if we invade.

While I’m sure the answer is no: is the GOP is Congress doing anything more than “expressing concern” or telling us to take Trump “seriously but not literally”?

There are bipartisan bills against this being drafted in both the house and the senate.


And will they be as effectively enforced as the Epstein Transparency Act? Congress needs to impeach Bondi for noncompliance on that. Then maybe Hegseth will understand the consequences.
