Thank you! I'm know nothing about the SYC teams, but still thought this was way out of line to be so specific about young girls.
Basically there’s a group of kids playing up on every team. It’s starting to show out that maybe, just maybe, they should play in the new age groupings. That’s pretty much all that’s being said.

No talent to fill? Yet they still beat NVA, who had a 20 player roster. If anything, having 14 girls means more touches, more minutes, and more actual development for each player. Kudos to SYC for not just filling spots for numbers’ sake and instead prioritizing the girls growth and development.

This is cute. There’s no contest. Loudoun.
Coach B has been purposely playing against lower skill leveled u13 teams all year. When they play appropriate leveled teams they do not out pro-form 6-0 anymore. I can't help but wonder why. SYC doesn't do this. Loudoun also plays down 2014 NVA girls to pad certain games/tournaments while SYC does not. They are not the same and you're obsessive tracking of stats that don't actually matter won't change that.
What a bunch of lies and BS. Nice try
These NVA players are posted in pictures on the team's insta at tournaments and games as well as the player's personal instas, some even wearing NVA jerseys. Cope harder. Elite players are a small community here and we all know of, if not are friends, with each other. Sorry that you're kid isn't one of them.
Nice condescending, self-congratulating tone here. "We" know all the "elite" 11 y.o. players bc we decided our friend group was the "elite." Sorry you're not one of them.
How do we know? Is there a USYNT U12 roster?
Most coaches know the best player at 12 y.o. is rarely the best player at 18 y.o. Enjoy it while it lasts.

Coach B was forced to take two players because of 20 kid roster on NVA. And taking a keeper and a bench player from 2013s is hardly game changing.
Well, maybe if NVA and Loudoun forced kids to play the new age groups, you’d have less issues. They created their own problems.
And Coach B isn’t forced to do anything.
Is that what he told you when he brought those girls over last year? Because I promise you that was not what has been happening since they jumped ship to Loudoun/NVA. It's no different than taking the twins because he wanted one but was told he had to take both or they wouldn't join.

yes a player who is a 2014 playing with there age group. Who has be unable to consistently get playing time with older girls. Don't get your issue.
