In general, they are hard working, humble folks who don't look down on others for not being wealthy or for living in a rural area, or for "working with their hands," or for living in a red state, etc.

A great truism in America is that blue collar people or tradespeople tend to be overwhelmingly MAGA. So I tend to eschew such people unless it can’t be avoided. And in the circumstances where I cannot avoid interaction and need them to perform some kind of function or service, I definitely convey the attitude that they’re there to serve me, not to think of me as their equal.

A broker is more likely to be wealthy, and they’re worthy of respect for what they’ve achieved and the wealth they’ve amassed. Because that IS worthy of respect.

If he is charged with a felony, it won't make it to a jury trials the wisest course of action for the defendant would be to plea out to a misdemeanor charge if offered by the prosecutor.

However, the prosecutor may not offer a plea deal option if the government wants to make an example of the defendant.
