According to this Guardian article (take with a grain of salt since it is the Guardian), he claims to have been hit by a non-lethal round by the LA Sheriff's Dept. - not ICE.
He'll probably sue again like he did after the BLM riots.

Aside from- what bias does the guardian have? I thought it was pretty neutral but maybe I am wrong

review the hours of video available. There are not any protestors there with weapons. Most of them are nearby residents who came out because the are patriotic Americans opposed to fascism.

If the GOP hadn't, on multiple occasions over the last 30 years, killed immigration reform including more administrative judges, we wouldn't be here right now having this exchange.
