We are supposed to get half an inch of rain at like 34 degrees. Half of this will be gone tomorrow. Delay at most and honestly it won’t be needed.

Anonymous wrote:CLOSED FOR THE WEEK, there will still be snow on Thursday, and Friday is the parade and over 1,000,000 people are going to go to Philly for it. We're so my kids will not be going to school if they decided to open that day, neither is the principal of this elementary school .

Currently measured just over 5" in McLean, no plow in sight, still snowing. But, ok.

No plows Vienna and still coming down- at least 4-5 here
This is the South (technically) - they won’t start plowing the neighborhoods and side streets until after the snow is over. I was actually at my IL’s in the Pittsburgh suburbs over the MLK day long weekend and they got some snow, and the plow came down their side street seemingly once an hour when it was still snowing! They’re not going to do that here unless you live directly on a main artery.
We had mid-snow plows in Vienna for the last storm a couple weeks ago.
Same in Oak Hill. We've had two plows already.
