Not to single you out, and you’re certainly entitled to your opinion, but I just can’t understand the concept of letting someone you don’t know, and who will never know you, irritate you. It is so simple to just avoid most of it. For example, don’t read articles, forums, and chat threads about her. Half the people commenting in this very thread seem to be haters, yet they are here, having sought out this place to say so, much more strongly than you did. That is just as weird as some of that swifty behavior.
Totally agree. I tend to avoid threads about subjects that irritate me. For instance, when Hamilton was all the rage, I couldn't bring myself to click on any of those threads because I had seen it and hated it intensely. So, I simply avoided any discussion of it. Simple. There are definitely people who seek out the very things that annoy them, making it much more of a "them" problem. Another example - the OP of this thread no doubt started it solely so she could rant about TS. Very transparent.

Once he’s done playing there isn’t much opportunity outside of the football sphere for him. The only thing he could possibly use is his status as Taylor’s bf to book random gigs and being a podcast bro who shills cheap beer. She definitely doesn’t want some fat dunce leaching off her status to boost his own post-football career.
I do wonder about this. They seem so in love now, but they are on somewhat equal footing. Both high-profile, and when they started dating, he was at the top of his game. But now he's a year older, the wear and tear on the body is significant and I would not be surprised if he retired under the thought that he wanted to step away while he was still healthy. Then what? The fun of being a WAG is over and there's no more games, etc. for fun. To your point, can he make a second career out of being TS boyfriend (or even husband)? He could go into broadcasting like Jason - similar to the Manning brothers it would be fun to hear them call a game together. My initial thought was that she would see him as a leech on her fame but OTOH, she was with Joe Alwyn for six years, really wanted to marry him, and his lack of a meaningful career and money did not seem to be an issue for her. Her songs from that period, and the Joe-inspired ones on TPPD, show that she didn't care about money, she loved him.
Travis has not shown a single red flag regarding Taylor's career. He's very supportive. If their relationship ends it won't be due to bitterness in his end.

Anonymous wrote:I’m indifferent. Don’t care much for her music. I do like that she gave huge bonuses to support crew on her Eras Tour. I am a GenXer and a fan of Blur & Gorillaz but was disappointed when Damon Albarn criticized her for not writing her own music. It annoys me when people dismiss her or downplay her accomplishments. They do this a lot to women artists. So annoying!
