Yet, she has a background in HR? 🤔
Spencer joined the club in the Spring of 2017. Her background is in Human Resources, previously working as a HR Executive Team Leader for Target and then as a Campus Recruiter for BDO, a large public accounting firm.
Right but does she understand *swimming* and was she ever an athlete?
In our brief interactions with her she’s been incredibly…what’s the word I’m looking for here….Mean? Severe? Impatient? Definitely lacks in customer service. If I were a coach I’m not sure I’d like dealing with her. TU was awful to the coaches (our age group coach told us that once straight up)
Agree - her communication skills are severely lacking. In addition to all the adjectives listed above, she is extremely passive aggressive.

Start blaming NCap they made this mess
NCAP made business choices. If you are unhappy, leave.
Exactly- it was a financial decision. Has never been about the betterment of the swimmers, other than a select few. Pure greed.
Isn’t hiring a well-respected college coach a huge upgrade in service to your swimmers? If anything, this feels like a cold, disloyal move to your coaches, but not greedy.

Some of you should re-examine your own parasocial relationship with the local swim scene when you are turning a swim club for kids into a pseudo reality show to gossip about.
