If M&D DC is going to prove its recruiting record it should try and keep Stone Ridge players that will get recruited by the new director regardless. That will help PR and marketing and help convince more to come in the future but if you cant keep SR girls from going to Capital you have no shot at convincing anyone else.
For instance, Capital does 0 recruiting for SSSAS girls...that is all done through the school.
