Americans want it closed.
Americans need Trump to get that done because he’s the only leader who wants to do what the American people want.
"Closing the border" is simply not feasible. It sounds great, but it's totally unworkable. Wonderful sound bite, though.
It’s totally feasible. Use the national guard and make United States is as important as Ukraine .

Well they haven’t released the text yet, despite it being apparently done. So all we hear are leaks, and the leaks that have come out are not promising.
There is FINALLY acknowledgment by the left and public pressure on them to crack down on immigration. I’d rather not see a half-assed bill that hides the problem but doesn’t fix it.
If the text comes out and it’s actually good and much closer to HR 2 than what the leaks have lead us to believe, I’d happily admit I’m wrong and start complaining about the house and Trump if they try to kill it.
But I’m not holding my breath.
We have a split government. When that happens, both sides need to give and take. To a person, the GOP negotiating this deal have said it is a good deal, that they are getting 80% of what they asked for and it should get passed and signed into law. Maybe of the GOP had passed a bill when it controlled the House, Senate and White House, there would be a different narrative, but that isn't where we are now. Take the win on both sides and move on to the next issue.
The give is the billions in even more aid to Ukraine. Something many GOP did not want to do.

That’s cute.
Inflation has lowered everybody’s lifestyle and part time jobs are replacing full time jobs.
Tax receipts are down reflecting contraction
