So he easily doubled his initial "generous offer?"

Why the scare quotes? He’s also paying 100% of the kids’ expenses, so this cash in her pocket. What does she need $200K month for, so she can pocket millions a year to sit on her butt?

Regardlessof what she "needs," just shows how selfish and stingy he is.

Lol. No. It shows how delusional and greedy she is. Nobody in America thinks this gold digger deserves or needs $200K a month or even $100K a month for 3 teens when the dad is paying all expenses.

That’s amazing, and certainly no one would feel sorry for anyone living there. But it’s not sustainable once kids age out of child support. He should just buy her something more reasonable than the pre-nup specifies. His estate is worth $200+mil? $1 mil for housing in today’s market is absurd.

$1 million won’t even get you a $hitshack today in my Bethesda neighborhood.

Nobody pays cash for a house. He has already offered a down payment and 12 mortgage payments. A down payment on a $3M home is $600K. Payments x 12 = $240K. Her child support will more than take care of the $20K mortgage for the next 6 years. Then she gets to invest the $1M cash and it will be worth a few million by the time she retires. When the kids are out of the house she can downsize and put the equity into retirement account.

She’s rich off this divorce. She just wants F-you money.

Oh then definitely give me a break. $10ish mil for a small estate nearby is almost nothing for him.

Exactly.

If you think Mr Costner — whose career peaked in the 90s before they were married — has $400M parked in a bank you need to put the bong down. Nearly all of his net worth seems to be real estate he owned BEFORE they were married. He’s supposed to remortgage everything and pay capital gains so some lazy ditz going thru a midlife crisis can go blow it all or get scammed by some Lothario? As if.

Her counter is $217,300, so this negotiation is going to take a while.

I’ve posted a few times saying Kevin is being gross in this and I still maintain that position but I’m also grossed out by both of them. They are a perfect example of how disgustingly broken our society is at the parent time. It’s stomach turning that some people enjoy that kind of wealth while other kids are sitting in school as we speak with growling tummies and no real ability to focus on lessons and conform their behavior. Shame on us all.

Now KC is the reason kids are hungry. FFS.

Lol. And most title one schools will provide THREE free meals a day. Nobody is going hungry unless the parent(s) is too lazy and unorganized to take advantage of all the freebies in and outside of the school.

No evidence he cheated, no evidence he knocked anyone up, no evidence he was about to file.

Notice the pattern?

It seems these were all choreographed smears to demonize him in an effort to hurt his marketability and pressure him to quickly settle for a large sum.
